1. Custom Products
- Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, including custom phone cases and Apple Watch bands, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
2. Non-Custom Products
- For non-custom items such as jewelry or non-personalized accessories, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, unworn, and undamaged.
3. How to Request a Return
If you wish to return an eligible product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@jgus.com, providing your order number and details of the product you'd like to return.
- We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or damaged.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the item by:
- Emailing us at info@jgus.com with photos of the damage and a description of the issue.
- We will either replace the damaged item or issue a refund based on the situation.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized products (such as custom jewelry or phone cases)
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
7. Shipping Fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a faulty or incorrect item).
- If you received free shipping on your order, any returns may be subject to a deduction of shipping costs from your refund.
8. International Returns

9. Exchanges
